Launchpad
Microsite workspace · Adobe, 2026
Problem
As a strategist I saw how much of the job was building the deliverable. The thinking could be done in a few days, but the slides took weeks. Templates never scaled to the next account, so the decks came out generic. The AI tools we tried could not make a competent PowerPoint, and using Python to edit decks never worked.
Solution
I built Launchpad so we could make HTML microsites instead of slides. The team starts from a template, comments like they would in a doc, and iterates without waiting on me for every small change. That put the focus back on the strategy instead of lining up a deck.
I built the template library, a remix and skills workflow, Google Docs-style comments, and MCP editing tools.
React · Node · MySQL
Reconstructed and sanitized. No production data.
How it works
Launchpad is a React app on Node with MySQL behind it. Each deliverable is a static HTML microsite, not a slide file, so strategists get a real page they can open in a browser instead of a deck to reformat.
Templates live in a shared library. Remix copies one into an account workspace and keeps the page structure intact while the team swaps copy and layout blocks. Comments sit in a left rail and anchor to spots on the canvas, the same pattern as Google Docs. I also exposed MCP tools so agents can read and patch the same HTML the UI edits, which is how the skills and remix workflow stays in sync with what operators see on screen.
