A reference photo is stuck on "No subject detected."
FrameShift builds its framing guide from a detected person in your reference photo. Photos without a person in them (landscapes, objects, screenshots) can't drive the camera guides, so they're sorted into their own section instead of being usable as a reference.
My photos aren't saving to my camera roll.
Check that FrameShift has photo permission under Settings → FrameShift on your device. FrameShift only ever requests "Add Photos Only" access — it can save your captures and export cards, but can't read or browse the rest of your library.
Where do I find the before & after comparison for a shot?
Open the Library tab, tap the shot you captured, and use the export/share button there to generate and share the before & after card.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual reference photos or captured shots directly in the app, or use Settings → "Clear All References" / "Clear All Captured Shots" to remove everything at once. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device — FrameShift has no servers, so there's nothing stored anywhere else.
